Standard Shipping is included on ALL orders, large or small. Shipping and taxes (if applicable) are already included in each item price. If you would like to inquire about expedited shipping, please email us prior to or immediately after placing your order. In addition to HSO's local inventory, we have partnered with some of the best suppliers within the U.S., and across the world. Select items are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers to you. Please allow 2-4 weeks for order arrival, excluding 1-3 day order processing time.
When your order ships, a shipping notification email will be sent with tracking information (normally available within 2 - 5 days). A shipping notification does not guarantee a departure date for your order. In some cases, labels are generated in advance and order may depart 1 - 3 days after label is created. If your order consists of multiple items, you may receive multiple deliveries at separate times. Track your order along the way on our site by visiting the the "Track Your Order" feature located in the menu bar.
REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please take photos immediately. We are happy to send you a replacement or issue a refund if requested. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to begin the return / exchange process. If a refund is requested, items must be returned in original packaging to HSO within 10 days of receipt of your order. Once the return is received, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
If you are unsure of your hat size, give us a call or send an email and we will gladly walk you through measuring for the proper fitting. Customer is responsible for shipping charges related to any returns or exchanges requested due to sizing issues.
If you wish to cancel your order, we must be notified within 24 hours after your order is placed.

International customers may be charged an additional tariff (or duty) tax if your country charges taxes on certain shipments, however most of our suppliers include them.
